Maggie is a stand up comic, public speaker and actor from Glasgow, Scotland. Shes always been a bit of a late starter, beginning her theatre career at 29 and comedy at 40. Better late than never! Always seeking variety in her work shes travelled between the worlds of theatre and comedy and everywhere in between and is always up for new challenges. Shes co produced and co written an award winning show (Titters! 2007 Adelaide Fringe Peoples Choice Award) and a double-Award nominated show (Three Stuffed Mums, 2011 Adelaide Fringe Peoples Choice Award, Adelaide Theatre Guide Curtain Call Award, Best Comedy), as well as being part of the cast of Steaming that was nominated for the ATG Curtain Call Best Comedy Award 2006. As well as acting and comedy Maggie is experienced in after dinner speaking, voice over work, hosting and MC duties, improvisation, Radio and TV Presenting. She moved to Adelaide South Australia in 1999 where she now lives with her husband Steven, their grown-up sons and their trio of dogs.
