Maisie Williams is an English actress known for playing Arya Stark, a tomboyish young girl from a noble family, on HBO’s award-winning and hugely popular “Game of Thrones” series. Her performance in the series, which aired from 2011 to 2019, earned her the EWwy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama, the Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor and the Portal Award for Best Supporting Actress – Television and Best Young Actor. Williams also garnered two Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for “Game of Thrones.”

In 2015, Williams appeared on four episodes of “Doctor Who,” portraying the character Ashildr. Williams played Skye in the 2019 rom-com Then Came You. Other films Williams has appeared in include 2015’s The Falling, 2016’s The Book of Love and 2017’s Mary Shelley.

Williams is also an Internet entrepreneur, as she launched Daisie, a social media platform designed for creatives to network and collaborate, in 2019.
