Mandy R. Drew is a UX Research Manager who specializes in using remote, mixed-methods approaches to learn how CreditWise can help people understand and take control of their financial futures.

Previously, she was the UX Research Lead on Eno, Capital One's Intelligent Assistant, and studied how AI and machine learning can help people manage their finances.

Drew is a staunch advocate for research rigor and integrity and is passionate about designing experiments that produce accurate, repeatable, reliable insights leading to innovations in tools that can help people understand their finances and improve their lives. She is particularly interested in the often-stark disconnect between what people say and what they actually do.

She holds a bachelor's degree in broadcasting and cinematic arts from Central Michigan University in addition to a master's degree in media arts, media production, history, criticism and theory from Emerson College.
