Manik Bhat is the Cofounder of Healthify, a software that connects four million Medicaid recipients to social services.

He created Healthify along with Eric Conner, Dan Levenson, and Alex Villa. All four of them were recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees. After working in Baltimore health clinics and seeing how healthcare failed to address the social determinants of health, four recent graduates of Johns Hopkins University founded the company; they've since moved to New York.

These social needs started coming to the forefront of medicine after the passage of the Affordable Care Act, which put a greater emphasis on patient outcomes and population health. Healthify was created to help in that struggle. Bhat graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2012 with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Philosophy, and Psychology.
