Mansi H. Shah is a trailblazer for women and the Asian Pacific American (APA) community in the legal profession and among the technology companies she represents. She is a champion of diversity, Mansi—as a partner at the intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould and founding member of its Silicon Valley office, as well as one of the few APA female partners—has endeavored to improve the racial and gender diversity in the firms where she has worked. She was named Best Under 40 by NAPABA in 2016, and made the Lawyers of Color Power List in 2015. This year, Mansi was chosen as Fellow to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), was elected as Fellow to the American Bar Foundation, and received the Cornerstone Award from the SABA North America. And Mansi is a public servant at heart, and regularly represents a diverse group of pro bono clients.
