Marc is an experienced business leader. He is strategic, commercial, operational transformational and gets things done. He has a proven track record in commercial problem solving and improving the health of companies – from blue chips to AIM-listed organisations and SME experiencing 'growing pains' to start-ups.

Whether working as an in-house senior manager and an external consultant, Marc gets under the skin of businesses to diagnose the cause of concerns and administer practical solutions.

His broad experience covers senior roles in global organisations across multiple industries from Global Oil & Gas, Electronics and Consumer Goods to Media, Sports, and Leisure, with clients including BP Lubricants, EMI, Premier Farnell PLC and Vitec PLC.

He is a non-executive director of two international businesses and a fellow of the RSA, a Doctor of Business, member of the IOD and the Professional Speakers Association and a founder member on the council of the Strategic Management Forum. He may have lots of letters before and after his name but is a plain talking person with the desire to help others succeed.
