Marcia Steele, CSP is one of only 2 African American women to achieve the highest earned designation of the National Speakers Association (Certified Speaking Professional) a status achieved by fewer than 7% of professional speakers.

Born on the tiny island of Jamaica, Marcia is now one of the top growth strategy and management consultants in the United States. Before founding Strategic Realities, a Management Consulting firm, she held various positions in sales, marketing, and distribution, keeping materials moving along the supply chain.

Her work on leadership and strategy helps industry leaders like General Electric, CISCO, and Mercury International, as well as food industry organizations like Minute Maid, Concessions International, and Central Park USA, improve their people, profits, and market share.
