Marcus Lyle Brown is a Louisiana State University alumnus with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Theatre, a Master of Fine Arts in Performance and a Doctoral Fellow in Communication & Media Studies.

As an academic, Mr. Brown has chaired Arts & Humanities and administered distinguished workforce training programs receiving over $4 million in funding for film & music production, as well as digital media development.

As a governmental economic development consultant, he has supported over $50 million in tax credit eligible production activity and facilitated unprecedented international marketing & promotional achievements in the entertainment industry.

A member of the Screen Actors Guild with over 50 film & television credits, Marcus also directs & produces motion picture and broadcast television content.

A member of the International Game Developer’s Association, Mr. Brown consults as an executive of business development, government relations, motion capture production and also produces & designs multi-platform smartphone applications.
