Marene Allison has over 35 years of experience in criminal and civil investigation and management of safety and security related maters in both the physical and virtual worlds. She has extensive experience and training in crisis management, IT emergency response supervision, Risk Management and budget preparation and control.

She has proven ability to effectively plan, coordinate and execute major investigations and has managed multimillion-dollar security departments for four U.S. companies. She has had numerous IT security assignments to include obtaining ISO certification, HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley and Payment Card Industry Compliance in three different industries. She has worked on major projects such as, Year 2000, network security for the World Cup in 2002 and creation of Business Continuity Plans for 3 Fortune 500 Companies.

She has experience in corporate governance briefing boards of directors and working with Compliance Committees and privacy Offices to develop the interplay between Cyber and IT risk with other regulatory agencies and bodies in Fortune 100 companies. She has a proven track record of shaping the industry whether it be in healthcare product security, cloud for regulated industries or working with Governmental agencies.
