The EveryGirl's Guide To Life

Most people know Maria Menounos as a glamorous presence on Access Hollywood or as one of People Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful . But Maria's journey to become the dynamo she is came with a lot of hard work and dedication. Raised by working-class immigrant parents, she didn't speak English until the third grade. She worked as a janitor, struggled with her weight, and still kept focused on her dream of being a journalist.

After constantly being asked how she succeeded so far so young, Maria wrote her bestselling book The EveryGirl's Guide to Life.

In her candid and down-to-earth presentations, Maria shares her secrets on how to live a healthier and happier life. From her systems to organize life, manage time, and ascend the ladder of success, to her personal experiences with issues we all face (she lost forty pounds and kept it off) Maria's stories of her personal and professional journey are totally relatable.

A self-proclaimed "EveryGirl," Maria is proof that you can succeed and remain true to yourself and humble in the process.
