Mark C. Zweig is a the founder of two Inc 500/5000 companies—Zweig Group (formerly Zweig White) and Mark Zweig, Inc. He built, sold, bought back, and re-sold his interest in Zweig Group, a management consulting, publishing, media and training company founded in 1988. He built Mark Zweig, Inc., a design/build/contracting/development company founded in 2005.

He is also an Executive in-Residence teaching entrepreneurship at The Sam M. Walton College of Business at The University of Arkansas.

Zweig has also been an owner and investor in a number of other ventures and served on the BODs of a dozen or so privately-held companies throughout the US.

Zweig has written more than a dozen books on management. He has published The Zweig Letter, the leading management newsletter for the AE (architecture and engineering) industry for more than 28 years.

Zweig is knowledgeable about a wide range of business and life topics, including bootstrapping, starting a new business, buying a business, selling a business, marketing, selling, recruiting, making a company a great place to work, leadership, open book management, and much more.

Zweig has given hundreds of talks and seminars to groups as large as several thousand. His speaking style is hard-hitting, humorous, and direct. His advice is practical.
