Mark founded Loyalty Lab, which was acquired by TIBCO in 2010. He most recently started Backops–a SaaS-based technology company providing integrated back office systems and solutions to the SMB market. Mark is an experienced loyalty professional and is driven to solving interesting, marketing-related problems in big known sectors.
