In this capacity, Mark Magaletsky is overseeing EBRD operations in transport, municipal infrastructure, energy and natural resource sectors in Ukraine, which currently comprises 41 projects for the total amount exceeding $2 billions as well as policy dialogue with the central government and local authorities. Mark Magaletsky joined the bank in 1998 and has extensive experience in Ukrainian infrastructure operations in both state and private sectors. Prior to joining the EBRD, he worked for Bain & Company, a leading international strategic consultancy. Mark Magaletsky is a graduate of Kyiv National University of Economics.
