Mark spent 18 years in the Australian Football League first as a Player, then as a Fitness Coach and Motivator including 5 years with the Victorian State of Origin Team.

He is a best selling Author of 3 internationally published books, and Consulting Editor to Ultra-Fit Magazine. His latest book, 'Mark McKeon's Life Tips' is published in the USA by Bridger Press. He is also a regular Newspaper columnist.
