Retired Sports Reporter, Author of "Best Seat in the House", Radio Host

Mark Rosen was WCCO-TV’s sports director, anchor and reporter. He retired from WCCO-TV in January 2019.

Rosen joined WCCO-TV as a high school junior at St. Louis Park and was hired full time while attending the University of Minnesota. As time went on, he was promoted to weekend sports anchor. In 1981, he started hosting his Sunday night show with Vikings wide receiver, Ahmad Rashad. The "Rashad-Rosen Report" soon became Rosen’s Sports Sunday, and aired on WCCO until 2016.

He has been named Best TV Sportscaster for City Pages a number of times and was inducted into their Hall of Fame. He also won numerous regional Emmy awards.

In late March 2012, his book, “Best Seat in the House” was released, covering everything from his early years at WCCO to his favorite interviews.

He is also a member of the board of directors for Children’s Heartlink and the A.C.E.S. foundation.

Rosen is a regular co-host on KFAN radio, appearing on the "Power Trip" morning show.
