Marta Paul is the Head of Human Resources at Zoom Video Communications. She is in charge of strategically leading Zoom's human resources operations, building talent management and helping drive its overall culture of happiness.

Paul brings more than 20 years of experience leading HR initiatives with startups and high tech companies to ensure scalability for continued growth.

She has served in various HR leadership and consultant roles as an executive and management coach/partner with WebEx, Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Inc., Presenter, eTime Capital and Applied Materials. In these roles, she has been responsible for managing all aspects of HR infrastructure, including talent acquisition, benefits design, policy development and leadership development.

Paul graduated from University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Administration.
