Ms. Martha B. Wyrsch served as the President at Vestas Americas at Vestas Wind Systems A/S from June 2009 to December 2012. Ms. Wyrsch served as President of Vestas-American Wind Technology, Inc. She served as Former Senior Vice President of Vestas Wind Systems until December 2012. Ms. Wyrsch served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Greater Houston Partnership. Ms. Wyrsch served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spectra Energy Transmission, LLC. She served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Duke Energy Gas Transmission Corp. She served as Vice President and General Counsel of Duke Energy. She served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at DCP Midstream LLC. Ms. Wyrsch served as Senior Vice President of legal affairs for Duke Energy from February 2003 to January 2004. She served as Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs of Duke Energy Business Services from January 2003 to February 2003 and as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Duke Energy Field Services from 1999 to January 2003 and served as its Secretary since 1999. Ms. Wyrsch joined Duke Energy in 1999. Prior to joining Duke Energy, she held positions at KN Energy, Inc. (now Kinder Morgan Inc.) as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary as well as at the law firm Davis, Graham & Stubbs as an associate from August 1997 to September 1999. She began her career in 1980 as a legislative assistant to Senator Alan K. Simpson of Wyoming. Ms. Wyrsch served as Chairman of the Spectra Energy Income Fund and its Director from January 2006 to October 2008. She served as Chairman of Westcoast Energy Inc., since 2005. She served as the Chairman of Spectra Energy Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Spectra Energy Partners, LP from March 2007 to October 15, 2008. She served as Chairman of Union Gas Ltd. She has been Director of Spectris plc since June 01, 2012. She has been s Director of SPX Corporation since May 2009. Ms. Wyrsch serves as a Director of Spectra Energy Facilities LP and Greater Houston Partnership. She served as a Director of Union Gas Ltd., since March 1, 2005. She served as Director of Spectra Energy Corp. since 2006 and Spectra Energy, Inc from March 2007 to October 2008. She served as a Director of Spectra Energy Partners GP LLC. Ms. Wyrsch is a Member of the National Infrastructure Advisory Council and serves as a Director of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School. She has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Ms. Wyrsch received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wyoming and a Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University.
