Martin is the co-founder and Programs Director at Youth At Work Initiative an organization that runs Youth Rising community center and has reached over 15,000 youth in the past 5 years through leadership, sexual reproductive health and entrepreneurship programs. He is the founder of All Star Mentoring Academy, an online mentoring platform that has already made over 100 mentor and mentee connections across East Africa. He is a Mandela Washington Fellow 2014, Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur 2016, founding member of YALI Uganda and currently a student of Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship (E4IMPACT).
