Marvin Riley is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EnPro Industries Inc. Prior to that, he held the position of President, Fairbanks Morse Engine division of EnPro. Marvin has also served as Vice President of Manufacturing at EnPro, as Vice President Global Operations, GGB division of EnPro, and as Vice President Operations Americas, GGB division. Prior to joining EnPro Industries, Marvin was an executive with General Motors Corporation. Mr. Riley’s last positions within General Motors Corporation was Director of Operations General Assembly and Director of Operations Body Assembly.

Marvin currently serves as a board member with Beloit 2020, Books@Work and Minds Incorporated. Beloit 2020 is a nonprofit development corporation devoted to renewing the historic core of Beloit, Wisconsin. Books@Work brings professor-led literature seminars to workplaces and community settings to build confidence, critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity. Minds Incorporated is dedicated to making DC area schools a more conscious and compassionate learning environment by teaching mindfulness-based practices to students, educators, and parents.

Mr. Riley completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Harvard Business School in May 2016. Mr. Riley received a Master of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Howard University.
