Mary Claire O'Neal is a communication/leadership consultant and coach, author of the award-winning book, Becoming What You Want to See in the World. She is a also a Heartmath® Certified Trainer and Coach.

Mary Claire O'Neal is a communication/leadership consultant and coach and has been working with Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, non-profits, small businesses and individuals for over 15 years. A few of her clients include: Toyota Motor Manufacturing Co, USA; Wells Fargo; T-Mobile; Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital; U.S. Veterans Administration Centers, as well as many other companies and service organizations. She has even coached a New York Times bestselling author.

She brings to her work experience as a mental health educator, business owner and professional Equity actor. Her acting work took her throughout the U.S. and Great Britian, where she was chosen to study and work with Anthony Hopkins and other distinguished actors and directors at the Royal National Theatre of Great Britain.

She is the author of the award-winning book, "Becoming What You Want to See in the World," which is not in its second edition.
