Artist & Creative Director & Founder of Lattice NYC

Mary Franck is a seasoned creative director and experiential designer, renowned for her innovative approach to digital media installations, events, and exhibits. As the founder and creative director at Lattice NYC, she leads interdisciplinary design teams to create extraordinary experiences and installations with a focus on public spaces, animation, and data visualization. With over a decade of experience in the field, she has established herself as a leading figure in the industry, working with prestigious clients such as Cartier, Google, and MGM.

Franck's background in creative technology and architecture provides her with a unique perspective, allowing her to seamlessly lead interdisciplinary design teams from concept to production Whether she presents to C-Suite executives or engages with technologists, she approaches each project with a problem-solving mindset, driven by a desire to push the boundaries of both business and design.

Previously, Franck worked with ESI Design, creating architectural media experiences and providing account-level creative direction, and for IBM as a Design Director for Events and Environments, focusing on IBM’s flagship Think conference. She has also worked at the award-winning experiential agency Fake Love as a Lead Creative Technologist, and at Obscura Digital, leading the development of interactive installations and large-scale media activations, such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Illumination.

Beyond her work as a designer, Franck is also an accomplished artist, exhibiting her work internationally.

Franck holds a Master of Design Research from SCI-Arc and a B.A. in Conceptual and Information Art from San Francisco State University. She actively shares her expertise through teaching courses and workshops at esteemed institutions such as the School of Visual Arts, Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Arizona State University.
