Mary is responsible for the sales and marketing departments. As a senior leader, she helps direct Stay Metrics’ research-based approach to improving driver retention. Mary has advocated for an evidence-based approach to quality improvement. She is also a sought-after speaker and has recently spoken at events hosted by Indiana Motor Truck Association, Women in Trucking, Truckload Carriers Association, and many others. She has a BS in Biology and BA in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Health Systems Management from Rush University, and a JD from Notre Dame Law School. She lives in South Bend with her husband Kevin.
