David Weaver is president of Jefferies International Ltd. Weaver, who joined Jefferies in 2007, led the firm's European expansion into a full-service investment bank providing advisory, capital-raising, sales and trading services for corporations, institutions and governments across Europe. Prior to joining Jefferies, Weaver held various roles at Deutsche Bank, including head of European equity capital markets, global head of technology investment banking and head of IB corporate coverage for Europe. He has worked on Wall Street since 1982 in a variety of roles, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and project finance. Weaver received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Williams College.
