Matt Damon is an actor, film producer, and screenwriter who has established a highly successful career in the entertainment industry. Affleck and Damon joined forces again in 2023 in the film Air, which received two Golden Globe nominations.

Damon's portfolio also includes starring roles as Jason Bourne in the Bourne franchise and as a con man in the Ocean's trilogy. In addition to his film career, Damon has appeared in a number of television shows, including "Project Greenlight" and "Saturday Night Live." He has also done voice-over work for animated films and commercials for companies, including TD Ameritrade and Nespresso. In 2021, Damon partnered with Crypto.com, becoming the face of the cryptocurrency trading platform.

Aside from his acting career, Damon has made significant contributions to various charitable organizations. He is a founder of the H2O Africa Foundation, which merged with WaterPartners to form Water.org in 2009. The organization focuses on providing safe water access to communities globally. Damon has also been involved with the ONE Campaign and Feeding America. Additionally, he has utilized his platform in the entertainment industry to promote his charitable work, partnering with major sponsors such as PepsiCo and Anheuser-Busch InBev's Stella Artois to promote Water.org.

Outside of his professional and philanthropic work, Damon is known for his longstanding, humorous feud with television host Jimmy Kimmel, which has involved a series of spoofs and pranks on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!." Damon is also a fan of the Boston Red Sox and has narrated the commemorative DVD release of the team's 2007 World Series win. He also has personal stakes in the political sphere, as a supporter of the Democratic Party and a critic of socioeconomic inequities.
