Jake Reisch, Matt Reiners, and Devin Jameson were already dubbed The Headphone Guys after they first created a pair of headphones for silent discos. Then they realized headphones could serve more than just music-oriented youth -- they could also develop a better pair to help seniors hear better and become more engaged in retirement homes. Eversound designed new ergonomic wireless headphones for those 75 and up to help combat social isolation and improve quality of life. A graduate of Cornell University’s eLab Accelerator, Eversound launched in November 2016 and has already provided more than 30,000 older adults with access to quality sound.
