Mr. Matt Salsamendi serves as Chief Executive Officer at Beam Interactive, Inc.

Salsamendi founded MCProHosting in 2011, which later grew to become the world's largest game server provider, hosting over 600,000 game servers to date.

In 2014 Salsamendi had the opportunity to shift his team to create Beam, the world's first low latency interactive streaming platform for gamers.

He led his small team of engineers from behind to orchestrated to develop of a low latency HTML5 streaming stack, Light, and engineered an elegant web platform to complete the experience.

While the team was growing these companies, there grew a desire from the communities Salsamendi was involved in to meet up in person. He created ArcadiaCon in 2014 to answer that call. ArcadiaCon is a 2 day tropical event that brings over 2,000 gamers together each year and is growing rapidly.
