Matt Tilleard is a co-founder of CombatIV. He has worked on both private- and public-sector solutions to poverty and humanitarian issues in Afghanistan, East Timor, Sierra Leone, Vietnam, and in the Executive Office of the Secretary General at the United Nations in New York. He began his career as a senior associate at The Boston Consulting Group. He holds bachelor of laws (with honors) and science degrees from the University of Melbourne and is currently a Fulbright scholar studying concurrently for a MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
