His most recent book is "The JOLT Effect: How High Performers Overcome Customer Indecision," which was released in September 2022.

In addition to his books, Dixon is a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review on topics ranging from sales effectiveness to customer experience strategy.

He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and currently resides in the Washington, DC area with his family.
