Matthew is one of the top financial services coaches in the nation. He is a motivational and inspirational speaker whose goal is to motivate the financial services community to re-think their level of service, process, and image in a way that maximizes profitability while maintaining personal balance.

Matthew has coached advisors from Raymond James, ING, LPL, Ameriprise, Securities America, Lincoln Financial, Investors Capital, Queststar, VSR Financial Services, U.S. Wealth Advisors, and many other Broker Dealers. He has spoken for The Hartford/Planco, Lincoln Financial, LPL, ING, and other major financial services firms. Matthew has been published in the Paragon Advisor and Horsesmouth.

Matthew is also the instructor and co-creator of the True Wealth Institute. His extensive research into the philosophy of Holistic Planning and Communication has helped him create the most comprehensive holistic training in the country. Matthew has a bachelor's degree in Business Ethics from Western Michigan University and a Masters Degree in Counseling with a focus on Life Coaching from Bellevue University in Omaha, NE.

Before joining PEAK, Matthew was the co-founder and President/CEO of a national life coaching company. With his extensive experience as a personal and business coach, he is especially valuable helping professionals with personal goal setting and clarifying their mission, vision, and values to live their lives intentionally not accidentally.

Since joining PEAK, he has taught hundreds of advisors how to implement a holistic approach through communication into their practice and has coached hundreds of advisors to find True Wealth in their lives through PEAK's blueprinting process. Matthew believes that everyone deserves the guidance to realize what True Wealth means to him or her.

Matthew and his wife Angela have been married since 1999 and they have twin boys, Wesley and Derek. Matthew and Angela remodeled an old country church, which is now their home. When not playing with his boys, Matthew enjoys fly- fishing and is an amateur photographer.
