Mauricio “Maltron” Leal is Red Hat's JBoss solution architect in Brazil. He has more than 15 years of experience in open source technologies, high-availability environments, and mobile software. Prior to Red Hat, he was deeply engaged with open source server software in Brazilian media companies, telecommunications companies, and the financial sector, working for several big players in the Latin American market. Maltron already worked in several other markets and was highly involved in technical projects in Germany, France, and Ireland. He looks for ways to promote open source software wherever he goes.
