Max Mankin is the co-founder and CTO of Modern Electron. He has nearly a decade of experience designing, fabricating, and characterizing semiconductors and functional nanomaterials. Max earned a BS with honors in chemistry from Brown University and a PhD in physical chemistry from Harvard University, where he held fellowships from the Hertz and National Science Foundations.

Max is an inventor on 17 patents pending and in 2016, he joined co-founder Tony on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. His hobbies include squash, skiing, and home automation.
