Maya DiRado    

Four-Time Olympic Medalist; Business Analyst, McKinsey & Company

Maya DiRado is a former competitive swimmer who specialized in freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, and individual medley events.

DiRado attended and swam for Stanford University, where she won NCAA titles in the 200- and 400-yard individual medleys and graduated, Class of 2014, with a degree in management science and engineering.

At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, she won a gold medal in the women's 4x200 meter freestyle relay, a silver medal in the 400 meter individual medley, a bronze medal in the women's 200 meter individual medley, and a gold medal in the 200 meter backstroke. Following the Olympics, she retired from the sport.

DiRado is married to Stanford grad Rob Andrews. The two met while they were both on the Stanford swim team. She joined McKinsey & Company in the spring of 2017 as a business analyst.
