Melissa Daimler is the founder and CEO of Daimler Partners, a firm that helps leaders design, operationalize, and scale their culture. She currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer for Udemy, where she focuses on developing learning strategies for both customers and employees. Daimler brings over two decades of experience across Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. She has played a pivotal role in shaping human resources and organizational culture, having led HR for a fast-growing venture-funded startup and created and built Learning & Organizational Development functions for Adobe, Twitter, and WeWork.
Daimler is a respected speaker, panelist, and contributor to a range of prominent publications, including Harvard Business Review (HBR), Huffington Post, Chief Learning Officer, and Chief Talent Development Officer magazines. Her article on operationalizing culture in HBR was one of the most-viewed articles of 2018, attracting over 200,000 global readers. She has also served as a board member for the Association of Talent Development ("ATD") and currently sits on the Advisory Board for the University of San Francisco, Master’s Program for Organization Development. Additionally, Daimler was one of the first coaches certified by the International Coach Federation ("ICF").
She holds an M.S. in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School. Daimler is also the author of "ReCulturing: Design Your Company Culture to Connect with Strategy and Purpose for Lasting Success", which was released in 2022.
