Merril Hoge is a former NFL analyst and eight-year NFL veteran who has made a name for himself as an inspirational speaker, both nationally and internationally. Through his speaking engagements. Hoge impacts individuals and companies by urging them to grow through self-reflection and take actionable steps to “Find Their Way.”

Notably, Hoge sits on the board of the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research and was a member of the NFL Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Committee. His expertise on traumatic brain injuries, as well as his educational work and unwavering advocacy, have helped to make positive changes for athletes.

In 2018, Hoge helped launch Your Call Football and is also an accomplished author. His books include "Find a Way: Three words That Changed My Life” and “Brainwashed: The Bad Science Behind CTE and the Plot to Destroy Football.”
