Osborne, Professor of Machine Learning at the University of Oxford, has been recruited for paid speaking engagements across the world by policymakers, charities, multinationals, and think tanks. Speech Topics

AI: Today and Tomorrow

AI is inexorably developing the skills to work in ways once considered quintessentially human. Think about ChatGPT writing poems, or Amazon’s product recommendations, or Meta's Cicero negotiating and cooperating with human players in the board game, Diplomacy. The real question is not whether these technologies will have implications for the way we work, but rather: how much, and for whom. This session will provide a nuanced overview of how data and AI are changing work and organizations today.
