America’s Decision-Making Expert Michael Angelo Costa is an international bestselling author, speaker, coach and consultant to some of the world’s leading organizations and individuals.
Michael has more than 33 years of international business experience as a lawyer, investment banker, and advisor working with C-suite executives and people in charge of highly impactful decisions. He held senior executive positions with two of the largest global investment banks and was a partner at one of the world’s largest advisory firms.
As a partner with Ernst & Young, Michael served in several leadership roles, including Chairman of the Capital Markets Think Tank. He left to join UBS, where he was co-head of the Global Structured Products Group. He returned to Ernst & Young and later joined Deutsche Bank as Managing Director. Michael also served as Special Counsel to the law firm of Miller & Chevalier.
In 2015, Michael published his first book, Never Be Wrong Again – Four Steps to Making Better Decisions In Work and In Life. The book became an instant bestseller in four countries and landed the #1 spot as a Hot New Release on Amazon. Michael now presents his thought-provoking decision-making formula to live audiences and appears on various media outlets as America’s leading expert on decision making.
