Michael Bergin

American Model and Actor

A friend told him he could earn up to $1000.00 a day modeling in New York and that he should give it a try.  Michael visited some agencies and soon landed a modeling contract with the prestigious Click Agency where he was soon strutting his stuff for the likes of Valentino, Donna Karan and Hugo Boss.  Before long Michael was noticed by Calvin Klein.  Michael started modeling for Calvin Klein replacing Marky Mark as the spokesbody for his racy black-and-white print ads.  This helped to make Michael Bergin a male Super Model.

Michael also has done commercials and print advertisements for Kellogg's, Bacardi Rum, L'Oreal, Maybelline, Coty, Perry Ellis and Liz Claiborne.  In addition, Michael has worked as a correspondent for E! Entertainment.  Michael also has had bit parts in the following TV shows, Central Park West and VH1's Latin America's House of Style.

While modeling Michael met the late Carolyn Bessette Kennedy whom he dated for a while. There were rumor's that the couple where heading toward the altar when their relationship fell apart and they broke up.  Carolyn later went on to marry John Kennedy and they were tragically killed in a airplane crash.
