Born and raised in Denmark, Michael Bodekaer Jensen’s entrepreneurial journey began when he was just 14 years old. Today, he is recognized as the founder of five unique organizations with a global footprint, including the co-founding of Labster, a leading platform for virtual labs and science simulations. In his ongoing commitment to advancing education, Jensen founded Learn Technologies, a Swiss company focused on developing immersive Virtual Reality for learning and training simulations. His additional ventures include Project Getaway, Livit Tech Ecosystem, and Mailbird.

With a vision to integrate cutting-edge technology, learning sciences, and game design to improve the quality of learning, Jensen partnered with co-founder and science professor Dr. Mads Bonde. Together, they developed a concept to democratize access to high-quality science education across all socioeconomic strata. Labster is an innovative platform that allows students worldwide to learn life sciences through gamified education in immersive 3D virtual worlds and laboratories. The platform has been proven to enhance student motivation significantly and is bringing about a paradigm shift in world­ class learning.
