Michael DeAddio is the President and Chief Operating Officer of WorldQuant. In this role, DeAddio oversees the company's global activities, including technology and finance. Prior to this, he worked at Elm Ridge Capital as COO, chief compliance officer and head of investor relations.

DeAddio also served as COO at Credit Suisse Alternative Asset Management, where he led a global investment platform of $150 billion in assets across 12 locations. He started his career at JPMorgan in the fixed-income derivatives area. DeAddio earned his Bachelor's and Master's from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
