Mr. Michael Flink, has been General Manager, North America and Vice President, North America of Ademco Distribution, Inc. since December 15, 2010. Mr. Flink is responsible for driving business initiatives across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. He is responsible for all operations including sales, marketing, customer service, inventory and logistics. Mr. Flink has a wealth of experience. Mr. Flink joined Honeywell in 2003 as the Vice President of Marketing for ADI North America. He was asked to launch ADI's international expansion in Europe, where 32 offices were opened in the first year. Mr. Flink served as the General Manager for Honeywell Security Middle East, where he opened the first office in the region and established the sales, marketing, technical support and supply chain to serve customers in 22 countries. He is an accomplished Leader. Mr. Flink is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina University.
