Rhodes, award-winning author of The Freedom Code: Simple Solutions for Life’s Major Challenges, is a well-seasoned speaker with over 25 years of classroom, seminar, and public speaking experience. As a national trainer and clinician, Michael’s humorous and high-energy presentations have inspired thousands of people all over the country to strive for their best and achieve personal results in business, finance, health, and relationships!

After serving society for 15 years as a public school teacher, Michael became a financial consultant and president of B&E Consultants, Inc. With his business background, Michael created the Billionaire Mindset Guidebook and CD Series to help people achieve personal and financial success .At the same time, he also became an Advanced Certified Clinical Hypnotist and furthered his studies to become a leading national authority on motivation, subconscious re-training, and developing winning habits. He currently owns Healing Transitions Hypnosis and has an incredible track record for successfully helping his clients transform their lives and achieve their goals.

In January of 2010, Michael started Ancient Elders Press, Inc., a company dedicated to the continuing evolution of freedom, equality, and peace for all. His first book, The Freedom Code, won the 2011 Eric Hoffer Award in the Self-Help Category. His third book, Sustainable Happiness, will be released in 2012.

Michael holds a BS in Music Education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MM in Performance from The Florida State University. While putting himself through college and earning two degrees, Michael overcame staggering challenges to win numerous performance competitions at the local and national levels. He then went on to perform with five major orchestras and became a well-known national clinician, working with some of the top music programs and educators in the world. Shortly after, Michael developed his own award-winning music programs and published 11 songs with Studio 4 Music. His works are performed at major universities and venues all over the globe.
