has been a senior advisor on content strategy at IAC/InterActiveCorp since 2006, where he has co-founded VeryShortList.com and CollegeHumor.com. In 2001, Jackson became chairman of Universal Television Group. Previously, Jackson spent ten years at the BBC as, successively, head of music and arts, controller of BBC2, and director of television. In 1997 he became chief executive of Channel Four television. Programs he has produced or commissioned include: “The Late Show,” “This Life,” “Da Ali G Show,” “Simon Schama’s The History of Britain,” “Queer as Folk,” “Monk,” and “Battlestar Galactica.”
