Michael Lombardi is a former NFL General Manager and three-time Super Bowl-winning executive with a career spanning over thirty years in professional football. He has had the unique opportunity to work with NFL legends such as Bill Walsh, Al Davis, and Bill Belichick. Lombardi's extensive experience in the NFL includes stints with the New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, and Cleveland Browns, making significant contributions to their management and strategic operations.

As an author, Lombardi penned the best-selling book "Gridiron Genius," which offers an insider's look at the strategies that lead to building successful football organizations. This book not only reflects on his experiences but also on the philosophies and methodologies that have defined NFL powerhouses like the 49ers and the Patriots.
