Michael Murray has more than 25 years of operations and business management experience with a focus on optimizing customer service operations and distribution logistics.

Prior to joining ShopNBC, Michael was senior vice president of operations for the Fingerhut Cos. and Federated Department Stores direct to consumer divisions. While at Fingerhut (12 years) Michael also led FBSI operations, Fingerhut's 3rd party direct-to-consumer arm serving Walmart.com, Inuit, Levi's, Wet Seal and others. Michael has held executive leadership positions in direct-to-consumer and retail companies including Merrill Corp., Lieberman Enterprises, and Associated Wholesale Grocers.
