Actor, Known for "Being Human," "Once Upon a Time" & "Chernobyl"

Michael Socha is an English actor, known for his roles in the films This Is England and Summer, and the television series This Is England '86, '88, '90, Being Human, Once Upon a Time in Wonderland and the BBC Three miniseries Our World War.

Socha began his acting career at the age of 12 when he was cast as the title character the Chellaston Youth Player's production of Bugsy Malone. Socha later landed his breakthrough role in 2006 when he was cast as Harvey in Shane Meadows's skinhead subculture film, This Is England. This role was reprised in 2010 as a part of three-part miniseries, This is England '86 (2010), '88 (2011), & '90 (2015), following the lives of the film's characters three years after the events of the movie.

From 2011 to 2013, Socha appeared in the BBC Three's hit supernatural series, Being Human, as young werewolf Tom McNair. His role developed from a recurring curring character into part of the main cast during season 4 of the show.

Socha played Will Scarlet, the Knave of Hearts, in the ABC hit Once Upon a Time in Wonderland (2013-14) and later reprised his role in 15 episodes of season 4 of the original series, Once Upon a Time (2014-2015).

Michael has also starred in several feature films including Double Date (2017), Papillon (2017), Electric Dreams (2017), Walk Like a Panther (2018), and Killers Anonymous (2019).

Most recently, he has appeared as Mikhail in HBO's mini-series, "Chernobyl." The show became an instant hit, with many talking about possible Emmy nominations for cast members.
