He created and teaches a six-session program on Success and Life Skills for recovering alcoholics at the Salvation Army-Harbor Light in Michigan. He has delivered over 1000 speeches on Peak Performance and Positive Focus. In addition, Michael has conducted 8 programs for Daimler Chrysler. Recent clients include IBM, State Farm Insurance, 3M Corporation, Siemens/Rapistan, Bosch Corporation, Nestle Corporation, and Metropolitan Title.

His customized sales training has enabled several companies to grow their business in the midst of the challenging Michigan economy.
