Michele Whyle is 3M’s Consumer & Office Business Sustainability & Quality Leader. Michele is responsible for developing business strategy, engaging and developing relationships with key stakeholders and customers, developing and executing business sustainability communication strategy and driving global integration of sustainability into business processes. Michele is a strong, personal advocate of children and volunteers her time working with and mentoring high-risk youth in the St. Paul Public schools system. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
