Michelle Campillo is the mother of two children, Raúl and Emma, ​​author of "Empodérate" and founder of Foko Consulting which offers training for the development of leaders committed to excellence.

Campillo shows moms how to have a successful career while still prioritizing a relationship with their family. She has run her own business for over 10 years and before that worked for 12 years at Scotiabank. From a young age, she made a point to assume leadership positions and made a conscious choice to create a life where she was satisfied. This satisfaction requires making difficult decisions, making necessary endings and taking 100% responsibility for your life and your results. When her children were young, Campillo made the difficult decision to divorce. Campillo relates to moms in that she has felt tired, overwhelmed, frustrated.
