Michelle Diamond is the CEO of Elevate Diamond Strategy, a growth strategy and execution independent advisory, consulting, and interim executive business expansion firm recognized by Forbes Magazine (NEXT 1000), Entrepreneur Magazine, Inc., Authority Magazine, Thrive Global, Los Angeles Business Journal, CEO Journal, CFO Magazine, and others. With over 25 years of experience in business strategy, management, and operations, she has collaborated with 65 organizations across diverse sectors, including Fortune 50 companies like CIGNA and Daimler.
Diamond is the author of the book "10-Step Guide to Creating Your Own Growth Strategy For Your Company: The Secret to Unlocking the Mystery of Achieving and Sustaining Profitable Growth." Through engaging storytelling and humor drawn from her personal and professional experiences, she effectively motivates and inspires audiences to elevate their mindsets and take decisive actions. Her approach helps individuals and organizations overcome challenges and achieve their growth objectives.
Prior to Elevate Diamond Strategy, Diamond was Director, Custom Executive Programs at Wharton Executive Education, where she designed leadership programs for executives, aspiring executives, and high potential employees from all over the world. She also worked for CIGNA, where she was the creator and Head, Competitive Intelligence for the $1B+ Group Insurance Division. Prior to that role, she oversaw CIGNA’s $20M Printing & Distribution business, was Manager of Strategy at Accenture, and in Mergers & Acquisitions and Assurance and Business Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. She also held financial roles at Colgate-Palmolive and Citibank.
Diamond holds an MBA from Duke University, a BS from Morgan State University, and attended Wharton Executive Education. She is also a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
