Michelle is responsible for building and sustaining MillerCoors organizational and leadership capability while ensuring the company retains, develops and attracts top talent to deliver strong business results.

She was most recently senior director of diversity and integrated talent management at MillerCoors, where she was responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy and framework for diversity and inclusion, in addition to heading talent resourcing and management for the company.

Prior to MillerCoors, Michelle served as the executive director for Quest Milwaukee, a youth education program at Marquette University. Prior to joining Quest, she worked for Miller Brewing Company in a number of roles, including director of HR strategic projects and assistant general counsel.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Florida A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
